“We arrived from our cruise ship early at the designated spot and found our guide Carla. She had contacted me earlier with an attached picture of herself so upon arriving we went directly to her. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about her city and its history. We made our way to the food stops and had a great time. She brought various local dishes to us and explained what they were, all were excellent. I highly recommend food tour to everyone who loves food and enjoys learning about new customs and culture. Thanks Carla for leaving us with a wonderful experience of Cadiz.”

“The best tour I had in a while, Marta was very knowledgeable of the Sherries and Tapa and their combinations. We talked about the history of not just the food and wine but also the city too. 5 stars for Marta alone. Best of all it ended with a Flamenco show at our last stop, and I was NOT disappointed. Definitely, read the meeting place is in front the equestrian statue because I went to the address Google Maps gave us and was confused but I got their earlier enough that we figured it out. I had no idea on how complex Sherry's can be and the detailed history on…”

4.3-Hour Tapas Tour

★★★★★★★★★★4.0 · 18 reviews · 2 hours 15 minutes (approx.) · from $90

Meet your English-speaking guide at Cádiz’s Caleta Beach at 8 pm, then walk through La Viña for local tapas and drinks. The tour includes three drinks and three tapas per person, with guides such as Ana Cristina sharing food, culture, and Cádiz stories in a group of no more than eight.

“The experience was ok…. I was the only one in the tour. We were supposed to go to 3 locations but only 1 was available. The tour guide does not make reservations beforehand so be prepared to either walk around looking for a place to accommodate or wait a while to get a seat or even worse just go to 1 place and order the 3 tapas and 3 drinks from 1 place. Not much was said about the town. Also bring your own water or you will pay for it as it is not part of the tour.”
